Compared to other religions, Islam talks about sex very openly. This is in fact appreciated by all scholars and high religious figures from this religion and others too. This way Muslim men and women may behave appropriately in the presence of each other. The first rule will be to respect one another.
Muslim men in any situation must not allow himself to stare openly at any woman, no matter who she is. He may not even appreciate beauty. The only person he may look at is his wife. She is the only one who is entitled to his words of praise for beauty. And this may also happen only after the marriage.
Muslim women must not dress in a way that they would tempt men who are Muslims, to behave in a way that is uncalled for. Muslim women must at all times be covered and cannot reveal any parts of her body. The only person a Muslim man and woman can touch physically for pleasure is the husband and wife.
Even with a married Muslim couple there are certain restrictions to follow. Since the creation of man is considered sacred, carrying on mankind is very important. Thus a Muslim woman should become pregnant as soon as she thinks is right for her. It is not right for her to avoid it, and just have physical pleasure with her husband.
Muslim sex between a married couple will also state that it will be better if they kept some of their clothes on during sexual intercourse. They are not allowed to look at each other’s genitals either. A Muslim man cannot touch his wife if she is unclean during her monthly mensuration.
The Muslim wife must only be involved with her husband physically and should not commit adultery. She has make herself attractive, and be available to her husband whenever he needs her. These teachings are very clearly written in the holy book of Islam, the Koran.
The Muslim husband must also be available to his wife, in the time of her needs for physical union. He must be very understanding and gentle with her. Both the husband and wife must respect each other, and must not speak of their sexual relationship with anyone.
Sodomy is strictly restricted by Islam, and the person involving himself in such an activity will be stoned to death. If the Muslim man wishes to be with is wife after a while, he must perform another “wudu”. This means that he should approach her in a clean physical state.
This way is believed to be purer, cleaner and better according to the teachings of the Koran. Since talking about physical relationships is a taboo in this religion, it may be advised for all Muslims to read the Koran and learn what is necessary from the holy book.
Youngsters before marriage are strictly prohibited to have any sort of romantic and physical relationship with members of the opposite sex. They may not even indulge in innocent holding of hands.
