Muslim Student Can Be Found In Many Countries

A lot of Muslims migrated to several countries that were not of their origin. They moved there to seek opportunities to work. This set of first generation Muslims, were only part of the working class. The second generation Muslims who were born in these migrated countries, also study there. There is a large number of students who are Muslims in a lot of Western countries, where they find good universities to be a part of. There are a lot of Muslim student associations for this community. They cater to the need of the students for all purposes.

One of their main objectives is to spread the word of Islam, and also to promote brotherhood among the Muslims. They not only invite Muslims, they also invite non-Muslims to religious gatherings. They help all students in need of educational, religious or spiritual needs. There will be gatherings among students, where they may discuss the cultural, historical and religious aspects of Islam. Non-Muslims are allowed, as this is the best way to spread Islam. Small groups will be formed, so that they will be able to interact better with each other. Major events in the Islam religion will be celebrated, and all students Muslim and non-Muslim alike will be able to understand more about the religion.

A lot of Muslim students get themselves involved in charity work, as Islam encourages charity. Some students belonging to the Muslim society, are subjects of racism. A lot of students in the UK struggle to get through college, as the fees will be too high, and the religion is against borrowing money for interest. They will not be allowed to go to banks for student loans. Sometimes, they are even not allowed to take time off for religious festivals, if any important event is scheduled in the university.

Many students of the Muslim religion face racist problems, because of their traditional clothing and religious values. The associations are mainly in place, especially in foreign countries because the students who are Muslims try to preserve their culture, in a foreign land. Associations will also have a list of prayer timings, so that all the students may take part in their religious journey too. They aim a lot towards bringing the students of other religions together. The best thing about a Muslim student, is that he is always available for his friends any time they need him. This is the first principle of Islam.

A lot of them also participate in the holy war called jihad. This is a war that defends their religion. Though this is quite frightening towards other societies, a lot of young students in the Muslim world, take part in violent acts to protect their religion. They may even give up their studies for this and join rebellious groups. These students at this time need guidance from their families, and must not do anything that will displease their God. They must only strive to spread Islam through non-violent ways.
